Go to elean.app and sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or continue with Google. There’s no password to set up.

Create a workspace
A workspace holds your projects, members, and billing. Give it a name — you can rename it later from Workspace Settings.

Invite your team
From Workspace Settings → Team, invite teammates by email. They go through the same onboarding flow and join your workspace once they accept.

Create a project
Projects are where tasks live. Each one gets its own statuses, labels, and due-date reminders that you can customize independently of other projects.

Create your first task
Add a title, assign a teammate, set a priority and due date if needed, and drop a comment to loop someone in.
